7 tips to your Bikini Body

 By Alexandra Hourigan

With summer fast approaching its time to shave your legs and put on that bikini. But that evil winter season does cruel things to you and leaves you not wanting to hit the beach, pool or get a glowing tan.

So here are 10 fool-proof tips to get your Victoria’s Secret Angel bod right before the summer season.

1.     Buy a bikini that’s just a little too small
Keep in measure this is your goal and the most important part. You want to be ready to flaunt that new seafolly two-piece loud and proud so do what needs to be done in order to reach your goal.
2.     Take regular photos and measurements
Automatically seeing results isn’t going to happen and it’s nearly impossible to notice on yourself as it is a GRADUAL process. By taking photos in week 1 and comparing to week 4 you’ll see the difference and be happy as hell you did.
3.     Trade in the chocolate (and other unhealthy delights)
The times of lazing around in your tracksuit downing a whole block of chocolate by yourself are over. All those yummy fruits are back in season so go buy a watermelon or even a mango and eat healthy!
4.     H2O is the way to go
Even though alcohol and soft drink are so much more fun, they are a betrayal to your hard work. Every now and again sure have a glass… just not a bottle.
5.     Put your exercise gear on first thing in the morning!
Sometimes after a long day or busy morning the last thing you want to do is get changed and go exercise… problem solved, just put it on first thing in the morning. That way your past self is literally forcing you to exercise.
6.     Exercise regularly
Finding time is one of the most difficult aspects of trying to get bikini ready, but even a 30 minute walk makes a difference. So instead of sitting on the lounge and watching your favourite TV show, put your workout clothes on first and do some squats while you’re there!
7.     Keep a Journal
You’re going to have highs and lows. Remember that.

So make sure you write down everything you feel in a journal to not only monitor your physical but mental progress along your journey to a fitter, healthier and HAPPIER human being.
