Ever walked into the gym and thought "What's actually good for me to use? or "What's going to tone my bum, stomach, legs, hips, arms or just everything properly?" or "What do I even use these machines for?" Take it from us, all of us have gone through this process when walking into the gym and all the machines are just staring at you, wanting and waiting to be used.
To help with the gym machine struggle, The Fit Diary have compiled an easy and to the point list of the gym machines and equipment that you should be using to tone and tuck your body the right way!

1. The Cable Tower
Target area of the body: Hello Biceps!
Here's the arm workout ladies that you need to get into. By using the cable tower machine has weight stacks and cables that are adjustable to the comfort and ability of the individual, you simply pull the cable tie in an upward direction. This targets your biceps, almost like that of a bicep curl, which helps to tone and strengthen the muscle and tissue of your biceps.
Make sure to pull the handle bars attached to the cable tie, with your hands in front of your thighs, for the most effective workout of your biceps.

Target area of the body: Hello Biceps and Latissimus Dorsi (Lats)
Doing this simple exercise, will help improve your ability and strength to use your back effectively whilst exercising and doing daily activities and reduce injury. By gripping onto the handle bars, whilst sitting down firmly on the sit, pull the bar downwards towards your chest, while keeping your core tight and legs firm on the ground.
Be sure to adjust this machine properly to ensure little to no pain and to get the most of the machine's use. Get ready to wear more strapless and sexy outfits with your toned biceps and back.

Target area of the body: Quads and Glutes
You can just sit down, lean on the machine's back and just simply extend your legs inwards to your chest and outwards, and get those quads and gluten toned and stretching incredibly quickly. It's as simple as that!
By doing this easy process, you will tone and increase the strength of your legs that well, you won't fret when summer comes around aka shorts and bikini season.

Target area of the body: Pectorals and Triceps
This machine at the gym can look intimidating and scary to use at first, but with its incredible design features it is very woman friendly. By laying down, feet places firmly on the ground as well as your hands around the handle bar, if the weight of the sides weight plates becomes too strong to hold, holes are placed within the side of The Smith Machine, where you can place the bar in immediately to avoid strain and injury.
This machine works great to get the pecs and triceps toning in no time and also helps to build various muscles strengths, effectively.

Target area of the body: Anterior and Interior Deltoids (large muscle area near the shoulder joints that helps lift arms up).
To have the best 360 shoulders, this is the machine for you! By grabbing the handle bars firmly, keep your elbows aligned with your thighs and knees, push forward and extend the bars outward and slowly lean back into the original position whilst pushing the bars back inwards. Be sure to be sitting firmly and comfortably to ensure no unnecessary pain is acquired and the deltoids are being worked out properly.
So ladies, next time you're at the gym give these machines a go and you'll be tone and tucked the natural sexy way!
Happy Gyming :)
